二00六年于深圳宝安创立“和永丰五金行”，经营模具电蚀铜材及模具钢贸易。

二0一三年成立“深圳市和永丰金属科技有限公司”，主业研发高含量模具电蚀红铜（电解铜）及经营高品质进口红铜，为模具行业在电蚀工艺提供了优质的选材。杜绝模具电蚀工艺损公的现象，并大幅提高电蚀速度。

二0一四年成立“深圳市雄丰达特钢科技有限公司”，主业经营高品质国产模具钢及经营进口特钢。设立工厂从毛料开锯、精料加工到材质检测，实现高效率高品质的服务。

二0一五年设厂生产模架，为模具行业提供多元化服务。

    二0一七年获 lSO9001 质量体系认证。

    二0一九年，制定了高品质制造的方向。从日本引进了全球领先的最精密数控加工中心。令我们的加工能力如虎添翼。目前我们精密模胚制造可以做到 5um 精度公差。

    二0二 0 年，经公司骨干对技术制造和品质管控深入研究，荣获得了十二项国家专利，通过了＂国家高新企业＂评审。

    二0二一年成立锐丰达跨境（深圳）有限公司，配套扩大特钢及电蚀红铜的精密机械加工的范畴，为模具制造提供高品质的配套半成品及机件。同时将视野对准国际市场，实现企业的进一步升级转型。

Our company was originally founded in 2006 with fixed assets of more than 100 million. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on mold base, mold steel, red copper, mold core and product research, development, manufacturing, processing and sales. Currently located in Shenzhen, the factory covers an area of 3000 square meters. Our company has more than 100 employees. with a variety of processing equipment and testing equipment, such as horizontal saw, vertical saw, CNC milling machine, gantry milling machine, twin head milling machine, precision milling machine, surface grinder, radial drill, tapping machine and so on. The products have advantages of short delivery time, excellent quality and high precision, which can provide high-quality product selection for customers at home and abroad.

In 2006, our company was originally founded in Bao'an district, Shenzhen, engaging in trade of mold steel and red copper.

In 2013, we mainly engaged in the research and development of high-content mold red copper and high-quality imported red copper, providing high-quality material selection for the mold industry.

In 2014, we began to make precision mold base, improve a whole supply chain of mold manufacturing from raw materials, consumable materials to large parts, which is convenient for customers to purchase and meet customers' needs.

In 2017, we received ISO 9001 certification.

In 2019, "High Quality Manufacturing" became the guiding principle. The introduction of the world's leading precision CNC machining center from Japan has greatly enhanced our processing capacity. Since then, our precision mold manufacturing can achieve 5 microns precision tolerance, which also makes us a leading precision mold base manufacturing enterprise in the world.

In 2020, through in-depth research on technology manufacturing and quality control by researchers and developers, we gained 12 national patents and be rated as “The National High-tech Enterprise. ".

Refineder industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 to expand the scope of precision machining of special steel and red copper, and provide high-quality supporting semi-finished products and parts for mold manufacturing. At the same time, we turn to the international market and realize the further upgrading and transformation of enterprises.

At present, our products have been widely used in the manufacturing fields of medical equipment, smart wearable devices, notebooks, electronic speakers, automobile and so on.
